Google's much anticipated
ebookstore is now live and I am eager to see what new advances in ebook technology may come out of this venture. Google eBooks are designed to be "compatible with any dedicated ebook reader that supports the Adobe eBook platform, including the
Barnes & Noble Nook™ and
Reader™ from Sony." You can see all the supported devices
here.
Unlike the
Amazon.com Kindle Store , Google does not offer newspaper, magazine, or blog subscriptions or interactive features for use on compatible readers (not that I can find at the time of this posting, at least).
Note: This blog is available for subscription on the Kindle via Lexorati
.
