Federal Prosecutor's book climbs Kindle charts

As reported in the Washington Post:
when her manuscript for "Law of Attraction" had to be vetted by six senior prosecutors and the first assistant U.S. attorney before she could send it to agents, she was, at best, uncomfortable.

Her racy debut novel, released by Simon and Schuster in October and set in the District, draws on her day job of seven years prosecuting domestic violence, rape, child abuse, human trafficking and other sex crimes.

Lee Strobel's Free Kindle eBook: The Case for Christmas

I discovered Lee Strobel on Netflix, where his documentaries including the The Case for Christ: A Journalist's Personal Investigation of the Evidence for Jesus are available.  He is a Yale Law School graduate and former legal editor for the Chicago Tribune.  A related book of his,  The Case for Christmas: A Journalist Investigates the Identity of the Child in the Manger is now available for FREE on the Kindle.  If you haven't read or watched his work before, give this one a try.

WikiLeaks cyberwar: hackers planning revenge attack on Amazon

The Telegraph reports the anonymous cyberwarriors defending Wikileaks online are now targeting Amazon.com for its role in cutting off resources.  Figures, just when I resurrected the online store.
